Our Employee of the month for November is Mr. Tony Smith. Tony has been an employee at Arden Place of Grapevine for the last eight months, and is a physical therapy assistant. Born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana, he has been a resident of Texas for the past 19 years! Tony has one daughter and two grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys his Starbucks coffee, reading, and watching movies. Tony says that he loves working with our memory care residents and hearing their life stories. The residents say that Tony always greets them with a huge smile and a greeting. Thank you for being a great employee!
