Everyone here recognizes how she goes above and beyond, an ideal team player through and through. Residents say they nominated her because she is caring, brings happiness, and lifts spirits. Jarita really gets the residents, how to get the best out of them and bring a smile to their face, she knows residents on a level that makes the work she does shine all the brighter. Jarita has been working for this facility for almost eight years and says her favorite part of the job is spending time with the residents.
