When it came to deciding who our employee of the month should be, our residents were quick to nominate Tony from our therapy team for all the great work he does with them and for the whole building. Tony isn’t only an occupational therapy assistant, he is a jack of all trades and can be seen helping residents with tasks such as getting a snack, dialing a loved one or simply getting a glass of ice for them. He served our country as a member of the Marines and felt a calling to help the community after he left the service. Graduating from Weatherford College, he has worked for five years as a COTA, five months of that time right here at Arden Place of Grapevine. Tony says he enjoys coming to work every day, it never feels like a chore, saying his favorite part is meeting new residents and getting the chance to help them overcome their varying diagnoses to get the best possible outcome. Our staff and residents love having Tony as one of our team members!
