For those of you who hadn’t heard the good news, we are so thrilled to announce that we are officially Arden Place of Grapevine as of March 13th, 2020!
We know you may be concerned about the spread of Coronavirus and how it may impact us here at Arden Place of Grapevine. Ensuring residents are cared for in a safe and healthy environment is our greatest concern. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) continue to recommend restriction on visitation. We request that you do not visit the center. We understand that connecting with family members is incredibly important, and there are a variety of other ways you might consider connecting with them. These may include telephone, email, text, FaceTime, Skype or Facebook. Please let us know how you would like to be connected.
We will continue to update everyone regarding their loved ones.
We have put the following protective measures in place for your loved one: we are screening all staff members for fever, respiratory symptoms and all travel, we are also monitoring all residents every shift, every day for fever and respiratory symptoms, which is guidance we received from the CDC and local health departments. We are staying up to date on their current guidelines. We are asking that you stop sending and bringing in supplies for your loved one, including food, clothing and any other deliveries.
If a situation arises where there is a decline in your loved one or end of life, we will assess the situation on a case by case basis for visitation at that critical moment.
Please let us know what we can do to make this transition easier for you and your family. Thank you for your cooperation.

Sincerely,
Kristi M. Blackwell, Administrator 817-304-9372
