Ms. Nhi H. admitted to Arden Place of Grapevine in 2020, with an order for nothing by mouth, under hospice care services. She also required total assistance for all functional mobility and was unable to walk upon admission. After several months of consistent nursing care, Ms. H was able to transition off of hospice services and participate in outpatient therapy. She spent multiple rounds on and off with our Speech Therapist, Amy, to address her personal goal of receiving an upgraded diet. She also spent time over the last few months with our PT and OT departments to address her will for walking and performing self-care tasks again. It is with our greatest pleasure to share her exciting news that she is not only modified independent with a walker, but also received her second upgrade in diet. She has been enjoying her favorite food ever since – NOODLES!!! We wish you continued success and thank you for trusting us with your rehabilitative needs!
