Mr. S. came to Arden Place of Grapevine following a recent change in status due to multiple medical problems including falls, a UTI and functional decline in mobility.
Upon admission, Mr. S. required moderate to maximum assistance with ADLs and mobility. The therapy team tailored a unique rehab program to help him regain strength, improve balance, and regain his functional independence.
After seven weeks with the rehab team, Mr. S. met all his long-term goals, increasing his functional status to a contact guard level and walking over 150 feet!
An avid Dallas Cowboy fan, he enjoys football watch parties, going out to eat, and spending his day making the most of his quality time with his sweet wife of 69 years!
