Mr. Roberto R. came to Arden Place of Grapevine following a hospitalization for an L1 compression fracture and low back pain. Upon admission, Mr. R required moderate assistance with ADLs and mobility. The therapy team designed a specific rehab program to help him regain strength, improve balance, and return to his prior levels of functional independence. After just 4 weeks with the rehab team, Mr. R was able to return home, with his wife, to his Assisted Living Community.
